Shipping Policy
Shipping:
Our delivery service covers virtually any address Australia wide.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
Delivery timeframes:
Delivery of items can vary due to location and manufacturers stock holdings.
Under normal situations, where the product is in stock, orders are processed within two days.
Australian couriers are experiencing delivery delays due to the high volume of parcels they are processing in the wake of the pandemic (which continues to create demand for online ordering due to supply chain issues). We have noticed that some packages are not being scanned correctly into their systems and are not showing any delivery movement until day of delivery. You can keep track of your parcel from the link in the email we send when your order is shipped.
Delivery time frames can change due to circumstances out of our control and we will do our best to keep you up to date with information regarding your order. We will notify you via email and/or text message when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, and again when the item has been delivered with POD. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only as transit times vary right across Australia. These time frames exclude Public Holidays and Weekends and may be further delayed by unforeseen or significant events such as natural disasters, industrial action, worker shortages, etc.
Carriers are responsible for your purchase's transit once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Any transit delays with the carrier are out of our control. Please monitor the status of your package through the tracking link we email.
Shipping times to each state/territory:
Please be advised that the below information is a guide only, and will change as conditions improve or decline in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated delays (which can occur at any point in the delivery process in the present climate).
Melbourne Metro: 1-3 business days following dispatch
Victoria: 2-6 business days after dispatch in outer metropolitan areas, 4-8 business days for regional.
LOCATIONS GOING LIVE IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS
NSW: 4-8 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 8-12 business days for regional.
QLD: 5-10 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 8-14 business days for regional.
SA: 5-10 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 8-12 for regional.
NT: 6-12 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas, 10-15 for regional.
WA: unpredictable, as many as 60 business days give or take at the present time.
Free Delivery (excludes Bulky Items and PO Boxes)
Free shipping applies to orders over $200 within MELBOURNE METRO areas only. Shipping fees will apply to all other areas.
We supply and ship all our products Australia Wide only.
Delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
Pickup from Melbourne Warehouse
Stock can be picked up from our local Melbourne Warehouse located in Carrum Downs Victoria: Mon-Fri between 8am and 12.30pm.
Please note order must be confirmed as ready for pickup prior to attendance.

For urgent deliveries, please call 0405 581 912 to discuss your specific requirements.
Receiving the Delivery:
Deliveries will require a signature to verify the delivery. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually if delivery cannot be made, Australia Post and couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item, so make sure someone is available to sign.
Authority to Leave Goods Consent:
You may provide your consent for us to leave goods unattended and without a signature at the nominated delivery address.
By providing this consent you acknowledge and agree that, once the courier has left the goods at the delivery address, the complete order has been received.
BassPack Packaging and our couriers do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority to Leave delivery method
Stocked Items
We can only guarantee delivery timeframes on regularly stocked items. Due to the high number of items sold through our website, some may be temporarily out of stock and require a 1-2 days to restock the item. If your preferred item is not in stock, you will be contacted to substitute it for another similar product or brand for immediate delivery.
